Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Area
At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to become active.
5. Delays or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll be happy to help. Please note we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier disruptions.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
